My Life in Kenya is an autobiography by Lionel Hardcastle about his time as a coffee planter in Kenya after having served his time in the Korean war. The book did not sell well much to the effort of his publisher, Alistair Deacon. Lionel would get annoyed when he would tell people the name of the book then be asked what it was about.
